The Funeral Diva name has been in use for 13 years. It has been registered as a fictitious name with the State of Pennsylvania & is also a Registered Trademark.

 

2007 - Present

There are several people using the Funeral Diva trademark name on social media. Most are unlicensed funeral directors looking to capitalize on opportunities. Many have already been sent a cease & desist letter.
